Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in transactional operations, preferably in partner or sales operations.
• Familiarity with PRM and CRM platforms.
• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process partner onboarding and updates in the PRM system.
• Validate and reconcile POS data submissions from partners.
• Support operational execution of partner incentives and deal registrations.
• Respond to transactional inquiries from sales and partner teams.
• Generate and maintain operational reports on partner transactions.
• Maintain SOPs and process maps for transactional workflows.
