What you'll do
  • Communicate with policyholders, partners, and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues
  • Build strong relationships by addressing pain points, managing expectations, and ensuring a positive experience across all channels
  • Provide prompt, empathetic support for claims inquiries and concerns
  • Process and review claims accurately, ensuring compliance with policy terms and company guidelines
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in claims and customer experience
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, insurance) is preferred
