Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) operates a Dengkil-based store in Park Place (DPP). • Secondary school qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.

• Basic numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with product enquiries and helping them locate items throughout the store.
• Operating the cash register accurately and processing transactions efficiently.
• Stocking shelves, arranging displays and maintaining product presentation standards.
• Keeping the store clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Receiving and processing deliveries, checking stock accuracy and quality.
• Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary.
• Supporting promotional activities and implementing in-store signage and displays.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations during all shifts.
