Job summary

H&M in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them discover items that fit their style. You will share fashion knowledge, deliver helpful recommendations, and support customers throughout their shopping journey.

You will work with a dynamic Store Team, maintain an inviting sales floor and back of house, and assist with opening and closing the store.

You'll also connect with the wider Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together.

Alongside your team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.

This role will be reporting to Store Manager.
