Role Description

This is a part-time role as a Lecturer in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry at First City UC. The role involves preparing and delivering engaging lectures, monitoring student progress, creating and evaluating assessments, and supporting students in their academic and professional growth. This on-site position is based in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya and requires active collaboration with colleagues to maintain high academic standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong academic knowledge and teaching experience in hospitality and tourism management
  • Proficient in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver course materials effectively
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle teaching and administrative responsibilities
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and supporting students
  • Possess relevant qualifications – a minimum of a Master’s degree in a Hotel Management or Tourism Management
  • Industrial experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is also needed
