Job summary

H&M is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor in Putrajaya to deliver excellent customer service and promote fashion products. You will assist customers with product knowledge, maintain appealing merchandise displays, and support efficient store operations.

A friendly, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in fashion are essential. As part of the team, you will help customers at the register, stock and replenish items, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising and/or customer service is preferred.
• Able to manage time effectively and work under pressure during busy periods.
• Customer-centric mindset with brand ambassador behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experience.
• Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities.
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.
• Support customer purchases and returns at the register.
