Job summary

Watsons Endah Parade is seeking a part-time Customer Assistant to deliver friendly, professional service, handle cashier duties, maintain stock levels, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card.

The role requires good communication in Bahasa Melayu and English, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Experience in health or retail pharmacy is an advantage; Malaysian citizens are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English for daily customer interaction.
• Demonstrates friendly, proactive customer service and effective communication.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at Watsons Endah Parade.
• Operate cashier and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card.
• Efficiently organize and operate the shop and maintain stock levels.
