Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our busy shop floor. You will deliver friendly and professional service, manage cashier duties, and promote the Watsons VIP Member Card to enhance customer engagement.

The role involves maintaining stock levels, efficient store operations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers. Shift work, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• PMR/PT3/SKM minimum education.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Malaysian citizen.
