We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-timer to support our Finance Manager with basic finance and supply chain data entry. This role is perfect for fresh grads, junior/senior accountants, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work with light administrative responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Accounting Data Entry

  • Key in Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
  • Key in Accounts Receivable (AR) payments
  • Update daily transactions into accounting system
  • Maintain accuracy and organisation of financial records

Supply Chain & Inventory Support

  • Record supplier invoices and receipts
  • Update basic stock or inventory movement data

Finance Admin Tasks

  • Assist in preparing simple reports (data extraction, formatting)
  • Organise digital files and financial documents
  • Support month-end closing tasks (simple checklist items only)

General Administrative Support

  • Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc admin tasks
