The successful candidate will manage loan files from start to completion, prepare necessary documentation, and liaise with bankers and clients. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This role suits candidates with hands‑on experience running SME, commercial, or business loan documentation independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Handle SME, business and commercial loan files from opening to loan release
  • Prepare, draft and review banking and financing documents
  • Liaise with bankers, clients and internal legal teams
  • Coordinate stamping, adjudication, searches and submissions
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of files
  • Maintain accurate filing and document tracking
  • Assist senior associates on urgent matters when required

Requirements
