Job summary

Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Packaging Trainee to support daily production activities on the assigned line, uphold safety, quality, and hygiene standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

You will work with production teams, use SAP for basic tasks, and assist with material handling and inventory control while learning Carlsberg Excellence and COM.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any engineering related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Manufacturing or Production, preferably in FMCG environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities on the assigned machine and zone.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Assist Carlsberg Excellence implementation at the line.
• Ensure production runs according to plan and provide shift coverage.
• Perform basic SAP functions.
• Carry out quality analyses and release product between areas.
• Inventory control for the assigned machine.
• Support maintenance to resolve issues and drive improvement.
• Adhere to HSSE, GMP, and COM requirements.
