• In charge of packaging development material including packaging BOM, method, and artwork.
• Manage cost impact for each packaging need.
• Prepare packaging specifications for projects.
• Verify packaging sustainability through testing.
• Check packaging artwork and submit documents for ISO requirements.
• Work closely with internal staff, suppliers, and customers on packaging.

Job description

In charge on packaging development material such as packaging BOM, packaging method, diecut drawing, artwork, including to create instruction manual.

Managing cost impact to each packaging needs.

Prepare packaging specification for projects.

To verify packaging sustainability through packaging test.

Checking of packaging artwork.

Drawing/documentation submission for ISO requirement.

Work closely with IQ internal staff, supplier and customer regarding packaging work.

Identify and implement cost saving initiatives related to packaging materials, labor, efficiency, transportation and storage.

Work with the manufacturing department to ensure that the packaging designs are optimized for manufacturability.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
• Software knowledge: Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Autocad, Creo, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Must be able to work independently and multi-tasking.
• Possess good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
