Overview

We are seeking a skilled mobilize packing crews to prepare customer’s machinery, equipment, or products for domestic or international shipment. This role involves custom crating or palletizing, strapping, padding, and other protective materials to ensure safe transport.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack high-tech industrial equipment, machinery, or delicate items for shipment.
• Use tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, and measuring tape.
• Apply protective materials (foam, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, barriers bags, etc.) as required.
• Strap, block, and brace items within crates to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
• Label crates with handling instructions, shipping marks, and documentation.
• Work on-site at client locations or designated packaging facilities.
• Follow all company, industry, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools.
• Complete job checklists and quality control documentation.
• Opportunity to travel across Malaysia, primarily from Northern to Southern regions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety conscious.
• Any other tasks assign by superior as deem necessary from time to time.

Minimum Experience and Education Requirements

Education

• Minimum SPM or equivalent work experiences.

Experience

• Prior experience in wooden crating, carpentry, or industrial packing
• Experience in container loading, securing and chocking.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.
• Physically fit and willing to work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor).
• On-site work at warehouses, manufacturing plants, or customer facilities.
• Standing, lifting, and working with tools for extended periods.

Languages

• Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Any other languages.

Skills and Competences

• Ability to read and interpret packing diagrams and measurements.
• Additional license will added advantages - Forklift / mobile crane / CIDB license
