A global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a P2P Training & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to enhance user capability in China. This role involves leading training activities, tailoring materials to local needs, and acting as a liaison between users and global teams. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in native-level Chinese and fluent English, with experience in P2P systems and strong communication skills. This position is critical to driving user adoption and process compliance in a dynamic environment.

As the P2P Training & Stakeholder Engagement Specialist for China, you will play a key role in strengthening user capability and driving adoption of our Purchase-to-Pay processes. You will shape and deliver high-quality training, act as a trusted partner to our users and stakeholders, and ensure that global standards are translated into effective, locally relevant solutions. This role requires a strong customer focus, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
