Job description
Job Objectives

Responsible for coordinating overseas restaurant store marketing activities, forming scientific and effective marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness and influence in target overseas markets, driving store traffic and sales growth, and supporting the brand's continuous expansion in overseas markets.

Core Responsibilities
  • Research catering market trends, consumer demands, and competitor dynamics in different overseas regions, and formulate targeted annual and quarterly overseas store marketing promotion plans;
  • Lead the planning and execution of offline activities for overseas restaurant stores (such as opening ceremonies, holiday promotions, themed tasting events, etc.) and online promotions (social media marketing, collaborations with local life platforms, etc.);
  • Coordinate marketing promotion budgets, control activity costs and effectiveness, regularly analyze activity data, and optimize promotion strategies;
  • Collaborate with overseas store operations teams and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities with store services and product supply;
  • Build and manage overseas regional marketing promotion teams, formulate team training and assessment mechanisms, and enhance team professional capabilities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, or related fields, with over 5 years of overseas market promotion experience, including more than 3 years in the catering industry;
  • Familiar with catering consumption habits and marketing regulations in Southeast Asia, with successful cases of overseas restaurant store promotions;
  • Possess excellent strategic formulation, activity planning, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities, capable of independently handling complex situations in overseas markets;
  • English can be used as the working language; candidates with proficiency in other minor languages are preferred;
  • Adaptable to overseas business trips, with high enthusiasm and keen market insight into the catering industry.
