Job description

To perform sales activities, so as to maintain and develop targeted sales in their respective stores.

To oversees the retail store’s operation and perform duties to ensure smooth operation as required.

To trains, motivates, evaluates, monitors, and provides direction to store staff.

To support Senior Supervisor or Head of Department.

Ensure the store cleanliness, safety, merchandise is well display, duties are performed and completed.

Maintain positive associate relations and effective selling skills.

Responsible dealing with customer inquiries, complaints and monitor customer service.

Set up monthly schedule and shifts.

Be involved in stock control and management.

Being responsible for processing cash and card payments, providing change, balancing, securing cash, and makes bank deposits.

Responsible for store’s security and be aware of shoplifters, fraudulent credit cards and etc.

Reporting stock discrepancies to the superior.

Promote the stores by making changes of visual merchandiser displays.

Meet the store’s monthly target and handle budgets.

Maintain daily, weekly or monthly report and submit on time.

Handle staff issue, fully understand staff problem or improvement, providing right instructions or assistance to the staff.

Recruiting staff, propose staff after probation based on performance and working attitude.

Being responsible to adhere to company policies and rules.

To undertake other related duties as required assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business or in any related field.

Min 2-3 years of retail experience as a supervisor or manager preferred.

Excellent customers service skills.

Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
