We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager / Shift Leader to join our team! The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the outlet meets all operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the outlet to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Manage staff schedules and daily task assignments
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • Train and onboard new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
  • Promote and upsell menu items according to advertising and promotion plans by the company
