Job description

Supervise the daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and excellent service delivery.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of front-line staff to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and attendance to ensure optimal manpower coverage.

Ensure compliance with food safety, halal standards, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation and freshness of products.

Support outlet opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.

Work closely with management to implement promotions, improve operations, and increase foot traffic.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times

The outlet Supervisor reports directly to Director of Operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B, café, restaurant, or retail outlet supervision.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices; experience in halal food retailing is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations.
• Physically fit, responsible, and able to multitask.
