Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Industry.
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent and able to communicate at all levels.
• Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running and profitability of the operations.
• Implement the standards, procedures and concepts set by the company.
• Training, motivating, and discipline of the operations staff.
• Customer satisfaction in the product and service provided.
• Organize the outlet team: their tasks and schedules.
• Take full responsibility for the outlet.
• Manage the outlet to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Consistently monitor product and labor costs.
