• Manage daily operations and support outlet supervisors.

• Ensure team member attendance is recorded.
• Maintain sufficient manpower for smooth operations.
• Arrange and follow up on training for staff.
• Participate in meetings and supervise outlet operations.

• Investigate misconduct issues and take necessary actions.
• Prepare documents, reports, and update records on time.
