Job summary

A leading retail firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the launch and operations of a new outlet. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the F&B or retail sectors, excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and strong leadership capabilities. The position offers a monthly salary range of RM3K to RM4K.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in F&B or retail (bakery/café preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian F&B market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and daily operations of the outlet.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Oversee inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and brand standards.
  • Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with Malaysian food safety and retail regulations.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
