Experience in counter service / café / QSR (Person in charge or manager level preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure and fast decisions
Willingness to learn about sales, costs, and outlet performance
Positive attitude and hands‑on mindset

Monitor daily sales and outlet performance

Work closely with management to improve outlet results
Run daily operations and manage shifts smoothly
Lead, guide, and motivate the outlet team
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
