Qualifications

• Proven track record as an Outlet General Manager or Senior Restaurant Leader.
• Strong understanding of French and contemporary international cuisine.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Expertise in restaurant operations, including cost control and inventory management.
• High-level proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
