Job summary

A specialist sourcing company in Kajang is looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sectors. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to work every Saturday half a day.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales preferred.
  • Experience in F&B and/or FMCG is an advantage.
  • Must possess own transport.

Overview

We are representing a company who specialises in the sourcing, distribution, and manufacturing of frozen and refrigerated food products. As they are expanding, they are looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to join the team in Kajang.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments within the territory.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma and/or Degree in related field.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in sales, particularly B2B sales preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in F&B and/or FMCG will have an added advantage.
  • Must be sales oriented with good communication skills in English.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Willing to work every Saturday half day.
