Location: Nationwide (based in Selangor /JB depending on candidate)
Employment Type: Full-time
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector, with a focus on castor wheel solutions.
Promote company products and services through technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultations with clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing reliable after-sales support and technical advice.
Prepare, negotiate, and close sales proposals and contracts.
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather and submit market intelligence and competitor analysis to management for strategic planning.
Work closely with the engineering/technical team to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
Provide input for exhibitions, roadshows, and product marketing events.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector, preferably in castor wheels, material handling equipment, or mechanical/engineering products.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical) or equivalent is an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge to engage with engineers, procurement teams, and production managers.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally overseas.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Basic Salary: RM 3,000 RM 6,000 (depending on experience)
Commission: 2% on sales revenue (after exceeding target)
Performance Bonus: Quarterly & Yearly
Petrol allowance (based on receipts)
Toll & gas claims (based on receipts)
Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS
