A leading lubricant technology company in Malaysia seeks a Sales Executive to drive sales, develop client relationships, and mentor new staff. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of B2B sales experience. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus. This role offers high commissions and bonuses. Achieve annual sales targets within assigned industry sectors
Develop sales action plans, conduct client visits, and manage follow-ups.
Acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Support contract negotiation, signing, payment collection, and customer relationship management.
Mentor and train new sales staff (for top performers).
Execute other tasks assigned by supervisors or department heads.
