Job summary

Hitachi Sunway Information Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive telemarketing/sales professional in Malaysia to drive outbound calls, generate and qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers. You will address inquiries, sustain relationships, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize business development opportunities.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and comfortable speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow up with interested prospects.
• Handle customer enquiries and address basic concerns professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers to drive conversion and sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and follow-up activities in the CRM/system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call, lead generation and sales targets.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation and business development activities.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights and share them with the relevant teams.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
