Key Responsibilities
- Client Intake & Briefing
- Gather campaign goals, target persona details, and messaging preferences directly from clients.
- Create or delegate contact mining briefs to source accurate and relevant lead data.
- Messaging Strategy & Sequence Development
- Collaborate with clients to define outreach angles, tone, and messaging themes.
- Build and manage multi-step, multi-channel outreach sequences (email, social, phone).
- Leverage AI tools to generate personalized messaging based on campaign inputs.
- Data Enrichment & AI Prompt Execution
- Enrich contact data with relevant insights to drive personalized outreach.
- Use structured AI prompts to generate contact-level summaries, pain points, and hooks.
- Review and edit AI-generated outputs to ensure message quality and alignment.
- Campaign Execution & Lead Engagement
- Launch and monitor outbound campaigns across channels.
- Respond promptly to inbound replies, including objections, meeting requests, or follow-ups.
- Make outbound calls when applicable to support conversion and engagement.
- Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance with insights and recommended actions.
- Track key outreach metrics and optimize sequences to improve effectiveness.
- Maintain organized tracking of lead status and campaign progress.
- Team Collaboration & Escalation
- Work cross-functionally with internal team members (e.g., research, QA, ops) to meet campaign needs.
- Report directly to the Operations Director with ongoing status updates, blockers, and wins.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing outbound sales or lead generation campaigns from start to finish
- Strong understanding of outbound strategy, messaging frameworks, and persona targeting
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) for prompt writing and content generation
- Comfortable navigating contact data tools and platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, especially for cold outreach messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both client interaction and lead engagement
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable handling replies from leads (positive, negative, or objection-based) with professionalism
- Analytical mindset - able to interpret campaign performance data and suggest improvements
- Willingness to cold call leads when needed and follow structured call scripts
- Experience working remotely and communicating within a distributed team
- Familiarity with CRMs and campaign tracking tools is a plus
