Job summary

Coins.ph in the Philippines is seeking an OTC Trading Director to lead and scale its global OTC business across crypto, FX, and stablecoin markets, focusing on execution, pricing, and risk controls. You will build and mentor a high-performing team and drive revenue growth in a 24/7 trading environment.

You will shape pricing models, manage P&L, and collaborate with risk, compliance, finance, product, and technology to ensure robust operations and client experience.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in OTC trading, FX trading, crypto markets, market making, or sales trading.
• Proven track record executing large and complex OTC transactions.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build and scale trading teams.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory risk, and hedging strategies across volatile markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of OTC transactions including large block trades, liquidations, and bespoke client orders.
• Ensure high-quality execution across crypto, FX, and stablecoin products.
• Own OTC trading P&L, inventory exposure, and hedging performance; design and manage risk limits.
