Your role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Partner and collaborate with Senior Consultants / Directors to craft and implement solutions across people strategy, organization design, workforce planning, total rewards, career/job architecture, and job levelling
- Support delivery of multiple projects with oversight from senior consultants and collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Perform benchmarking and market research across industries, integrating findings into data-driven insights for project outcomes and recommendations
- Collaborate with senior team members to gather business inputs, document requirements, identify key issues, and contribute ideas and analysis for evidence-based solutions
- Participate in internal initiatives and knowledge development to build consulting skills, technical expertise, and understanding of organizational and people issues
- Embrace a flexible hybrid work setting, balancing remote and office work to suit productivity and lifestyle
About you
The company is looking for:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience, or fresh graduates with undergraduate or master’s degrees
- Diverse backgrounds and strengths fostering diversity of thought
- Strong business and commercial awareness
- Ambitious, highly motivated, with a track record of academic excellence
- Active involvement in co-curricular activities
- For fresh graduates: previous internship experience(s) is a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Eager to learn from experienced consultants and contribute fresh ideas to client projects
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with confidence to share ideas clearly and professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and collaborating effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability for producing high‑quality work
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in organization design, workforce strategy, rewards, and people transformation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python is an advantage
