Join WTW as a Sr. Analyst to support strategic organization and people programs, collaborating with top consultants in a flexible, global environment.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Partner and collaborate with Senior Consultants / Directors to craft and implement solutions across people strategy, organization design, workforce planning, total rewards, career/job architecture, and job levelling
  • Support delivery of multiple projects with oversight from senior consultants and collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Perform benchmarking and market research across industries, integrating findings into data-driven insights for project outcomes and recommendations
  • Collaborate with senior team members to gather business inputs, document requirements, identify key issues, and contribute ideas and analysis for evidence-based solutions
  • Participate in internal initiatives and knowledge development to build consulting skills, technical expertise, and understanding of organizational and people issues
  • Embrace a flexible hybrid work setting, balancing remote and office work to suit productivity and lifestyle
About you

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience, or fresh graduates with undergraduate or master’s degrees
