Job summary

A leading logistics company in Malaysia, Selangor, seeks an Order Processing and Delivery Coordinator to manage sales orders, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and monitor billing processes. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. This role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Capable of communicating in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Detail oriented and possess a strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure billing prices are accurate and follow the monthly price bulletin.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with the Warehouse Department.
  • Monitor and track daily POD with the warehouse.
  • Issue billing from SAP system and prepare related documents.

Job description
Order processing & delivery arrangement:

Ensure sales order’s billing price issue by sales team are follow monthly price bulletin which is tally with SAP system

Input order and picking list from SAP system

Indicate remarks for those order is required special arrangement at the picking list

Coordinate with Product Team if there is any price difference in the SAP system

Coordinate with Warehouse Department for delivery arrangement

Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse Department if there is any issue during delivery to ensure delivery done without failure

POD Tracking, Billing, Invoice Dispatch and Filling:

Daily POD monitoring and tracking with warehouse

Issue billing from SAP system, compiling documents for checking purposes

Invoice’s hard copy distribution to sales team and filling

Outbound Follow Up:

Follow up with sales team for those order is long pending issued and awaiting delivery instruction

Follow up with warehouse on the delivery status for urgent delivery

Assist sales team when dealer checking on cargo receiving issue.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Detail oriented, team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
