This role applies strong business acumen and industry knowledge to manage regional and factory orders in full compliance with company policies and procedures. It is accountable for the end-to-end order lifecycle—from validation through to revenue recognition and billing—ensuring data integrity, KPI achievement, and adherence to agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management & Validation
  • Validate order forms and ensure package completeness; report discrepancies.
  • Manage sales order entry in ERP (VTM Oracle Onida).
  • Monitor order progress from entry to dispatch, including updates and change tracking.
  • Customer & Internal Coordination
  • Customer may mean inter companies (Vertiv Asia Market Units, Vertiv factories) and direct external customers.
