Oracle Transaction Management & B2B Integration Specialist

We are seeking an Oracle Transaction Management & B2B Integration Specialist to ensure seamless operation across the financial and logistical supply chain. This technical role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end transaction flows across Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), and Logistics modules within the Oracle ecosystem.

Transaction & Lifecycle Management

• Monitor and manage end‑to‑end transaction flows across O2C, P2P, and Logistics modules in Oracle.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex failures (workflows, interface errors) to ensure swift data clearance and system integrity.

B2B Integration & Troubleshooting

• Oversee B2B data exchange (EDI, API, XML) between Oracle and all external partners (suppliers, customers).
• Actively troubleshoot B2B transaction failures related to key document types (e.g., POs, Invoices, ASNs) and validate message mapping and data transformation.

Optimization & Support

• Identify process gaps, recommend system enhancements, and support UAT/regression testing for stability and automation.
• Provide timely L1/L2 production support and train end‑users on process best practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, data governance, and audit documentation requirements.
