Job summary
Digile Pte Ltd is seeking a fresh finance graduate to join as an Oracle Cloud Engineer Trainee, focused on Oracle Financials Cloud and Procurement Cloud. You will receive structured training and mentoring to build expertise in finance processes, Oracle Cloud apps, and ERP consulting.
You will participate in learning programs, assist senior consultants, and support business requirement gathering, testing, and documentation. A fast-paced, multinational project environment awaits.
Qualifications
- CGPA 3.0 and above (preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Learn end-to-end finance and procurement processes including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, P2P, Supplier Management, and Expense Management.
- Participate in Oracle Financials Cloud and Procurement Cloud training programs.
- Assist senior consultants in implementation and support projects.
- Learn Oracle SaaS configuration and setup activities.
- Support requirement gathering, documentation, testing, UAT, and defect management.
- Assist in preparing training materials and user guides.
- Support customers during project execution and post-go-live phases.
- Analyze business issues and propose process improvements.

- Learn and understand end-to-end finance and procurement business processes including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Procurement-to-Pay (P2P)
- Supplier Management
- Expense Management
- Participate in Oracle Financials Cloud and Procurement Cloud training programs.
- Assist senior consultants in implementation and support projects.

- Assist in preparing training materials and user guides.
