Job summary

Sperton Global AS is looking for a PL/SQL developer in Kuala Lumpur to drive application coding within quarterly release cycles and deliver end-to-end testing and documentation. The role requires participation in design discussions and adherence to procedures.

Candidate should have hands-on Oracle Database experience, scripting on Unix/Linux, and familiarity with Oracle Server environments. Knowledge of Control-M is advantageous for batch processing deployments.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in PL/SQL and Oracle Database.
Experience Unix/Linux scripting; knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
Familiar with Oracle Server Environment and Oracle Database 21.2.1.
Experience troubleshooting deployment issues in Oracle Servers.
Knowledge of Control-M batch processing tool is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for application coding using development tools within defined Quarter Release schedule.
Responsible to develop test plan and data and undertake complete unit testing activities.
Responsible to ensure documentation of all code changes which are in compliance.
Responsible in ensuring SIT & UAT completion and get sign off from User.
Require participate in application design discussion if required.
Responsible to ensure all request initiation according to procedures
