Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EPM applications (FCCS and PBCS and NR).
• Monitor data loads and scheduled jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in a timely manner.
• Handle user queries, access requests, and incident management.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Support data load processes (Data Management / FDMEE if applicable).
• Validate data accuracy.
