Solutions Architect / Business Analyst – Manufacturing & Supply Chain Systems
Location

Singapore | Malaysia (Johor or Kuala Lumpur)
(Partially onsite role with some regional travel as required, travel expenses will be paid)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect / Business Analyst to join our global manufacturing and supply chain systems team.
In this role, you will support high-impact projects across our regional operations, driving system and process excellence in manufacturing, warehousing and supply chain management.

Projects may include plant expansions and new production lines (non-NPI), material flow optimization, automated handling and storage systems, MES integration, supply chain network optimization, 3PL connectivity, and lead time data improvement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with operations, IT, and supply chain leaders to understand existing processes and systems, identify improvement opportunities, and design robust, data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse current manufacturing, supply chain, and system processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization.

Design and document solution architectures that align with business objectives and system capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Quality) to define functional and technical requirements.

Support enhancements to ERP, APS, MES, and 3PL integration processes to improve data flow, efficiency, and visibility.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Ensure documentation reflects actual business and system configurations.

Support testing, validation, and deployment of new system functionalities or process improvements.

Provide ongoing support for Run-the-Business system enhancements and configuration changes.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Business Analyst in manufacturing and/or supply chain environments.

Strong understanding of ERP and planning systems, particularly:

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) – Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and 3PL

o9 APS – SEIO and MEIO modeling and execution

Experience in regulated manufacturing industries such as Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals (e.g., eDHR, eBR).

Demonstrated success delivering system and process improvement projects within ongoing operations (“Run-the-Business”).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and business teams.

Experience with digital transformation or implementation projects is a plus (not required).

Education & Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

Relevant certifications (Oracle, o9, APICS, PMP, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
