ZOLL Medical Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Oracle Cloud Business Analyst to lead and support Oracle Cloud R12/11i projects across Sales, Operations, and Logistics in JAPAC. The role involves translating business needs into functional designs, coordinating with implementation consultants, and delivering high-quality configurations and trainings.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Minimum 12 years of tech-functional experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i implementations focusing on Sales, Operations, and Logistics; knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle Cloud implementation and 11i enhancement projects in Sales, Operations, and Logistics areas.
Work closely with Oracle Cloud Implementation consultants and business process owners to lead the Oracle Cloud implementation in JAPAC region.
Provide daily support for Oracle production issues.
Translate business needs into clearly defined Business Requirements and Functional Design.
Review Technical Design with developers, validate, and test development deliverables.
Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with business users.
Develop validation test plans, user and system procedures, and training materials.
Provide cross-functional and cross-location Project Management Support for Process Improvement Projects.
