Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in optical device testing/repair.
• Familiar with basic knowledge and principles of optical devices.
• Good computer literacy, communication skills, and data reporting.
• Familiar with circuit diagrams and have a strong background in Electronics.
• Experience troubleshooting PCBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the product engineer to achieve yield target, scrap cost, and debug accuracy.
• Support for evaluations, projects, and analyses related to cost improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and guidelines.
• Monitor scrap cost by product and ensure continual improvement.

Education

Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
