• Identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with area owner, to form a strong and effective OpEx team dynamic.
• Support and manage improvement deliveries in line using the lean tools, thinking and methodologies
• Develop and implement effective Visual Management solutions
• Produce data and metrics, to provide visibility to track and evidence saving which will support benefit realisation
• Develop and implement standard work
• Writing validation protocol, protocol execution and report
