Job summary

A local laundry service in Selangor is looking for dedicated staff to manage sorting, washing, and pressing clothing. Candidates must have prior experience, be able to lift up to 10 kilograms, and stand for long periods. Strong organizational skills and a friendly character to ensure excellent customer service are essential. This is a full-time position with shift work, requiring 6 days a week commitment. • Sorting, washing, drying, pressing and folding clothing and other textile items.
• Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures (as and when needed).
• Tracking and sorting textile items.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 10 kilograms unassisted.
• Basic calculation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Friendly character with a knack for customer service.
• Must be willing to work on shifts, 6 days a week, 1 day off.
