Job summary

Alcon in Malaysia's Johor region seeks a quality operations assistant to support manufacturing and distribution quality management. You will follow SOPs, perform manual tasks, monitor product quality, and document results.

No prior experience required; Form 4 or higher education. This on-site role includes training and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in a global eye-care company.

Responsibilities

• Handle manual or operational tasks as per guidelines to ensure smooth quality management processes in manufacturing and distribution
• Operate within defined procedures with minimal decision-making, requiring technical skills and precision
• Monitor product quality at different stages and resolve non-conformances promptly
• Maintain relevant documentation and records, adhering to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support daily operations and team efficiency, ensuring compliance with processes and standards
• Provide guidance and support to team members to contribute to the success of the quality management team
• Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
