Job summary

Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join the production team. You will handle manual and operational tasks, set up and troubleshoot production equipment, and help ensure products meet specifications, schedules and quality targets.

You will move and sort materials, maintain daily production records, follow SOPs and GxP, complete required training, and contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Handle manual or operational tasks per guidelines.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for alignment with business objectives.
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality control.
• Complete all required training and contribute to organizational compliance.
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
