Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator I, Production Technical Operations (Para-Professional & Support Path) to support daily manufacturing tasks in our production facilities in Malaysia. You will assist with setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment to meet product specifications and schedules.

Minimum education is SPM; no prior experience required. You will adhere to GxP, SOPs, maintain records, monitor quality, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• Handle manual or operational tasks per guidelines to ensure smooth, efficient processes.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost, and quality standards.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for alignment with business objectives.
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality control.
• Complete all required training and contribute to organizational compliance.
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Specifics include:
