Operation Technician (Carpentry)
  • Repair and maintenance of carpentry works throughout the mall.
  • Organising and liaising with contractors with larger scale repair and maintenance works.
  • Ensuring customer and retailer safety.
Day To Day Retailer Satisfaction With The Facility
  • Acting as a frontline contact point for retailer queries and complaints on mechanical issues.
  • Assisting with the maintaining of security and access procedures for retailers.
Day To Day Customer Satisfaction With The Facility
  • Ensuring the Centre’s daily cleanliness, appearance, and safety.
  • Assisting with emergency procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry/civil & structural repairs and installation required for this role.
  • Must be a good team player with problem-solving efficiency and interpersonal skill.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment.
  • Able to work rotating shift 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends and Public Holidays.
