Qualifications

  • Experience with issuing policies and claims processing.

Responsibilities

  • Issue policies/endorsements for various insurance classes.
  • Process claims for Motor and Non-Motor classes.
  • Monitor daily reconciliation and report to Head Office.
  • Handle petty cash and stationary requests.

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in insurance industry.
  • Issue policies/endorsements for Fire, HHO, Marine, Personal Accident, Personal Protector, PL, CAR, WC classes.
  • Check statements for Non-Motor classes.
  • Print ad-hoc reports for Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
  • Print cover notes month-end listing.
  • Process claims for Motor and Non-Motor classes but excluding FWCS class.
  • Issue official receipt.
  • Screen/update maintenance on UBO.
  • Issue/update of refund Memo.
  • Monitor Motor & PA CBC.
  • Check daily report on policy short paid/over paid.
  • Check daily reconciliation.
  • Do monthly branch reporting to Head Office.
  • Do petty cash.
  • Do stationary request.
