Genki Sushi, a Japanese authentic sushi chain restaurants which originated in Tochigi, Kantō Region in Japan since 1968. We are proud to share with Malaysia a product that is synonymous with Japan's unique culture and the principle of “customer comes first”. And to further enhance the customer journey and experience, our "kaiten sushi" system has now evolved to a whole new level of service standard – the world’s first order and automated direct‑to‑table delivery system, modelled after the actual Shinkansen train in Japan. All our team members are well trained with proper Japan food & service skills at all times to ensure our customers have the same experience as they would in Japan. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business team partners for the planning, implementation, testing and support of point‑of‑sales for new products, marketing and local store marketing initiatives to support successful launch.
  • Be the lead for any point‑of‑sale improvement works, including the resource manual, changing out of POS system, etc.
  • Lead the creation, testing and implementation of Bill of Materials for beverages, food and retail.
  • Lead the creation, testing and implementation of Mobile Order and Pay online platform ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Support operations services component of AOP projects and implementation and any events organized by operation services.
  • Lead the corporate sales channel account which includes all non‑retail corporate business‑to‑business sales – i.e. Starbucks cards, food services, event catering, etc.
  • Extract, analyse and communicate progress of the program through sales data or customer feedback, making appropriate recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirement
  • Love to support work that makes the lives of our partners easier.
  • 1 to 2 years of project management experience.
  • 2–3 years as store manager level is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Have analytical skills, with ability to provide appropriate solutions, answers and direction by listening actively and identifying opportunities for improvement.
