Operations Quality Executive (Branch Management)

About the role As an Operations Quality Executive (Outlet Management) at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance across the company's outlets in the KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur area. This full‑time role is essential in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Conducting regular quality audits and inspections at assigned outlets to assess operational efficiency, customer service, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and working closely with outlet managers to implement corrective actions.
  • Providing training and support to outlet staff on quality assurance best practices.
  • Gathering and analysing data to track key performance indicators and identify trends (e.g. inbound & outbound timeliness, long‑tail orders, lost parcel rate, information communication rate, same‑day (T0) dispatch rate, rolling warehouse retention rate).
  • Reporting on quality metrics and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborating with other teams to address quality‑related issues and drive continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or operations management role, preferably in the logistics or retail industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of quality management tools and techniques.
  • A proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and best practices in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.
