Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Café and Hostel management. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands‑on, and capable of managing both hospitality and F&B operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and discipline.
  • Ensure food & beverage quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage guest check‑in/check‑out processes and overall guest experience.
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Monitor booking platforms, occupancy rates, and room readiness.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
General Operations
  • Improve operating procedures and maintain high service standards.
  • Manage budgets, cost efficiency, and operational reporting.
  • Coordinate with management on business strategy and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of café operations and hostel/hotel management is an advantage.
  • Basic financial literacy (costing, budgeting, reporting).
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
