OPERATIONS MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Manage stated areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

To show initiative to grow sales and promote the business.

Direct and liaise with the staff operating courts, café, reception, etc.

Assist with marketing and budgeting.

Ensure all SOPs, Policies & Procedures, and Health Guidelines are followed accordingly.

Actively promote and encourage participation of guests in activities and events.

Report to the Director on a regular basis

Motivate and encourage the staff to ensure their best performance.

Prepare monthly rosters always ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times establishing good relations and rapport.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness.

To be responsible for the resources within the outlet.

Qualifications
  • Operations Manager/Venue Manager/Business Development Manager.
  • Leisure/Entertainment/Recreation/Theme Parks experience preferred.
  • Previous Leadership/Management skills within a Family Entertainment segment.
  • Experience with leading a team from different nationalities.
  • A customer-focused, approachable, and outgoing personality.
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking skills.
  • Sales and Marketing skills.
  • Strong English skills and additional language are desirable, especially English and Chinese.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Strong organization and time management.
